That's a great banner! The bear and his drum have a really dynamic pose and posture -- much more engaging than anything I've seen produced officially by the territorial government! Happy 10th anniversary Nunavut!
I moved to Nunavut in July 2003 to teach high school. After 2 years in Qikiqtarjuaq (Broughton Island), I transferred to Arctic Bay in 2005 and began blogging about my northern experiences in the Spring of 2006. In July 2009, I left Nunavut to begin a new chapter of life with my young family in Fort McMurray, Alberta. I maintain this blog as part of my life-long love affair with all things Arctic.

That is amazing. Please pass along to the high school students that they have a big fan here in Saskatchewan.
this is great...that polar bear looks like he is having just the best time up there in Nunavut. Tell your students that they are very talented!
Will do!
